What if I've lost my certificate?
Please note, this process also applies to candidates who do not contact the Society about the status of a missing certificate more than three months after their exam date.To request a replacement certificate, you must submit a written request containing the following:
- your full name
- DOB
- the approximate date of your exam, e.g. April 2002
- a photocopy of your passport or UK photo drivers licence
- a cheque for £10, made payable to 'CFA Society of the UK'
